Final Destination 3
Jeremy got a new job. He starts Sunday night on third shift. He is going to be a Lead Mechanic. He is happy about it. Hopefully he'll like it there. *Keeping fingers crossed*
The kids are doing great. Christian starts school in a couple of weeks and I'm sad. He is very excited about it though.
Well, I finally get to go to bed so I'm off for the night. G'night! :)

Completely Random question of the day
I was just wondering if this is a regional thing or a national thing and people just choose which they would like to call it?
So what do you call it? A wash rag? or a wash cloth?

I've been a bad blogger...
So what's new with me? Hmmmm....
My sister broke my front door a couple of nights ago. She tried to close it and pushed in the wrong spot. Glass shattered not the greatest sound in the world. It was fixed today though so it's all good. She already knows she is not going to live this one down! haha
Here's a picture:

Jeremy is worried about his job. :( Not sure what to tell him. The only thing I can think of is to keep on keeping on. He is not sure if he is going to look for another job or just stay where he's at. I do have to get a resume fixed up for him today though. Wish him prayers/luck whatever please!
My kids are silly silly people. I love them to death but they make me laugh so much! Here's Caitlyn and why I think she is so silly. She put that bandaid on herself and I don't really know why except that she wanted to.

This next photo is of Christian and believe it or not but it is NOT a photoshopped photo. I was moving the camara around while I took the pic being silly with him. I thought it turned out to be a really cool pic!

And here is my little man with his cute little smile. My best little man in the world!! I can't believe in a few weeks he'll be starting school! :(

These are my two together. Aren't they cute? I think so. :)

Besides that there's really nothing new to report. I finally have a tan! It is so hard for me to get one. I've been outside almost everyday this summer and haven't put sunscreen on my legs and they are still very white. That sucks. I guess I need some help in that department. Next summer I may buy a new swim suit and lay out. At least attempt right? lol
Live, love, and dream!!! :) Oh and never forget to smile (psst...it makes people wonder what you're up to)!!!!

A day full of screams, thrills, and chills.
The first ride we got on was the Chang. That was a ride. I love that one. We rode another rollarcoaster and headed over to a couple of water rides. Let me tell you denim and water does NOT mix. haha I wasn't even thinking about the skirt getting wet when I left. Well, it got soaked off the Mile High
and THE PENGUINS BLIZZARD RIVER ™. I even met a cute little 5 yr old whom was nice enough to offer for us to ride with them again. Poor thing was soaked. She looked like she was enjoying herself.
We headed over to their waterpark for awhile. That was fun too all except the body slides. The one I was on hurt me. It'll be awhile before I get on another one of those. Ouch! It was my first time on one. We didn't really like their waterpark.
We grabbed some Papa John's Pizza and sat down and ate. We went back to Mile High and the Blizzard Ride. It started sprinkling so we hurried up and wanted to get on some of the rides we havne't rode yet. We got all our stuff out of the locker and walked back across the street. We got on the Hellevator and while we were strapped in waiting for take off it started pouring down rain. They went ahead and launched us into the air. While we were in line we were counting to see how long it would be before they let us go. Well, they held us up longer this time. Since it was raining we were scared of being stuck up there or even a bolt of lightning. It wasn't lightning when we were line. So here we were stuck up 15 stories, our feet dangling, in the rain, and they didn't release us like they had the other 4 runs before us. When they did release us it was such a shock. We knew it was coming and we thought we knew when but they surprised us.
We got to ride one more before they shut the rides down due to thunder and lightning. We milled around a gift shop (I couldn't come home without bringing something for my kids) and I picked up a couple of things for the little ones.
I am really happy that I got a break from the kids and what a fun way to do it. My kids are still to little to go. I think maybe next year we'll take Christian to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. I think he should be tall enough to ride most of the rides by then, well the kiddie rides at least. I have fond memories of my parents taking my sister and I almost every year there. I dream of doing the same for mine once they get old/tall enough.
I really have to comment about Jeremy over all this. He picked the kids up for me at the babysitter's house when he got off. He even fed them and put them to bed. When I got home last night the kids and him were fast asleep and happy.

On another note. My poison ivy rash is doing a lot better. The steroids are doing well to get rid of it all. It didn't bother me all day yesterday at all! I was worried but I didn't need to be!
Live, love, and smile! :)

I got a steroid shot today.

Can I crawl out of my skin please?
The 4th was fun, even with the rash. We set off fireworks out here and let me tell you. The big ones that come out of the canons make really good sound effects bouncing off houses. lol My father came by and said this was not the thing to do in the middle of the neighborhood. I told him look around. Between ours and the other neighbors we could have put off the city fireworks. lol The kids had a good time but Jeremy slept right through it. lol
Carrie, I guess I can't read your blog now. Same problem starting back up. I'll have to try again tomorrow. :( Did you see my comment that I left you on myspace? I figured you would like it. Later! :)

Leaves of Three, Let it be
Went to the movies today...
Jeremy and our neighbor didn't like it. They thought it was big let down.
The guy who played Superman reminded me of Tom Cruise so much that at times I had to really look at him to realize it wasn't him. The similarity was there. The actor did portray a lot of the Christopher Reeves though.
So our total review would be to wait till it comes out on DVD and not spend the extra bucks to see it in the theater. I'll be getting it when it comes out but I have a soft spot for these superheros from when I was a kid. You know?
We also saw the preview for the Spiderman 3. This one is so much darker looking than the previous two. Christian LOVES Spiderman so we will definately be going to see it before we let him watch it. I think Superman was ok for him to watch. I might take him to a matinee to see it. We'll just have to see. :)
